Mirage Fire Scarabs do not deal damage

Fire Scarabs only "chop off" max health rather than deal damage. For example, if a player has 1000 max HP and is at 500 health when hit by a 120 Fire Scarab, they will then be at 880 max HP and 500 health (no change to health).
However, when the effect wears off the player is healed for the 120 scarab damage, even though they never took damage (unless they were full health when hit), meaning they will be at 1000 max HP and 620 health.

I found the same bug, from what I can tell the first fire scarab you throw from when you swap to mirage will do damage and all others after will not. Here's the larger breakdown I was going to post before finding this one:

Perhaps there is something wrong with my testing but I found that Fire Scarabs don't deal damage the second time they are used.
I am testing in the sandbox and have attempted this with consistency both with and without the tier 1 boon. Also I have tested this as the Mirage watching the number of full segments of the enemy health bar as well as tested it controlling the enemy looking at the numeric value of current health. My set up is to spawn in the enemy, heavy melee it a couple times to bring it down to less than full health, and then fire scarab it. The first fire scarab deals damage, but then I wait for the life steal to expire and the stollen health to heal, after that I find that attempting to apply any more fire scarabs does not deal damage. If I swap heros and swap back to mirage the first fire scarab I throw deals damage again. I have also done some light testing with attempting to fire scarab two enemies, although less extensively at this point. In those tests I found that the behavior is the same, the first fire scarab deals damage, but throwing another one at a different enemy won't deal damage.
