Mouse Sensitivity cycling every second or so.

Difficult to describe, basically the mouse sensitivity is switching between two different sensitivities on a cycle of about 1 second, fast/slow/fast/slow/etc
Both sensitivities are impacted by the in-game sensitivity slider, behavior is only present in-game does not occur anywhere else on my computer or in menus.

Specs:
Ryzen 7 5700x
32gb RAM
RTX 3060
Windows 10

Frame rate is rock solid.

Mouse is a Logitech G502 Hero, I've tried switching between borderless windows and fullscreen and disabling G-Hub.

Needless to say this makes aiming impossible. I've attached a clip of it here, in the clip I am moving the mouse in a perfect circle on my mousepad.

Build is the latest as of 5/30/24

Did some more experimentation, the issue is alleviated when running the game at significantly higher framerates.

At 70~ FPS on the "Best Looking" preset the issue is most visible
At 270~ FPS on the "Fastest" preset the issue is still present but significantly alleviated

Monitor is 1440p 144hz, but in these tests I was running the game at 1080p windowed.

on "Best Looking" it felt like the sensitivity "flickering" was most significant, like flickering between 30% and 100% sensitivity.

while on "Fastest" the issue is still present but significantly reduced, more like flickering between 90% and 100% sensitivity.

issue does seem to be impacted most by framerate, as keeping everything on the "fastest" setting but scaling render resolution from 50% to 100% (thus decreasing framerate) directly effects the severity of the problem.

The good news is I can play now, the bad news is i can only play on potato graphics but not because my system can't run the game at "best looking" but because my sens is tied to the framerate for some reason.

Bump because this issue still seems to be present over a year later, mine seems to change inconsistently, but it will shift to a MUCH lower sense before quickly returning to normal for awhile before the issue happens again. Has not been an issue for me until recently. I am also using a G502 Hero, so maybe it's the mouse? But I have zero issue with any other games

I have a G502 and haven't encountered this, running at pretty low frames (-70)

Worth noting that enabling full screen at my monitor's native resolution and refresh rate fixed the issue, but fullscreen and my PC do no agree with one another, and I only have the one monitor.
