Monitor turning off

This is still a recurring issue if not worse. Stopped for two weeks and then started up again three days ago. Now after the big update I literally booted deadlock up, took one step in the hideout and my monitor just goes black and loses connection to PC. Already tried everything this is a little ridiculous.

Hi, I've seen some posts of this previously, but they have different gpu than me and it doesn't seem like anyone has found a solution.

For about a week now, it started with my monitor simply losing connection to my pc during the first 10 minutes of my first game on. Later on it happened multiple times a game and not just the first one on. And now this happens even standing around in the hideout.

My PC stays on, I can even still hear the game in the background but my monitor just loses connection and the screen turns black. Only way to fix it is to restart my PC each time.

I have already updated all the drivers and tried disconnecting and reconnecting and possibly every other solution people have suggested. This ONLY happens with Deadlock and my account has already received a one day ban because of this.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you in advance.

i had this issue with the game too where my gpu would spike in power used so it would black screen my pc the fix for me was this reddit posthttps://www.reddit.com/r/AMDHelp/comments/1do81ha/comment/nfst7g4/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button Just be careful to not overload the power because it could make it so everytime you launch ur pc it black screens and since it's a sppt the only way to get rid of it is in windows you can't reset the sppt unless you have a back up graphics card
