There are not many posts on this, but the title is not an exaggeration. Randomly I will get Bursts of Extreme latency, 500-2000 ms ping, and this affects my entire internet connection as well. Discord voice chat, google, everything begins to lag because of this game. It is one of the worst gaming experiences I've ever had and it's making me want to put this game out to pasture, despite my friends and I thoroughly enjoying playing it.
YES, I have a wired internet connection,
YES, I've restarted my computer and router,
YES, I've even called my ISP!.
None of these resolve this recurring issue, which can last anywhere between 5 minutes, to multiple days.
