General packet loss problems

After the old gods new blood update I feel performance has gotten significantly worse and now in many of my games I have random spikes of packet loss which makes playing feel way worse. I have noticed that this happens more when i duo queue. I have ethernet and never had problems with my connection or performance before that big update. Also I had to turn down my graphical settings after that update because it was also for some reason tanking my frames.

Yeah, I've gotten the same. My FPS and even my ping remain perfectly stable, but the packet loss varies between "annoying" and "unplayable". It seems to get much worse when fights are in the base, and possibly when there are a lot of high rate-of-fire characters shooting.
