When using fire scarabs, the cooldown begins as soon as you fire the first scarab, however, if you do not fire all of the scarabs before the duration ends, the cooldown goes back to its full length, unsure if this is intentional but if it is its not detailed anywhere. this has been a thing for as long as I can remember
