Mirage's scarabs and recharging rush

Mirage when using recharging rush has some odd interactions.

If he activates his scarabs and shoots someone during the launch period it'll work normally and he'll get an extra one. However recharging will proc if scarabs are on cooldown which is useless to him as he gets all of them back when it's off cooldown and can't use the one rush gives him.
