Mina 2nd ability reload glitch

When using Sanguine retreat, if upgraded to T1, you cannot reload at all untill you shoot down to the original ammo amount. This doesn't change no matter where your ammo was previously (e/g, only one bullet left).

Can easily be recreated in any testing.
