Just was sitting in the Matchmaking screen when the characters have a glow beam of light on them and it gets brighter and brighter as I hover over each character. I was Alt tabbing before this (watching youtube videos). I noticed it not as bright to begin but as I switched between heros that is when it started to get brighter
