Lag spikes and game freezes/Hitches on OCE servers

Been experiencing these spikes and issues since starting playing recently ~2 weeks ago. Never have any network or game performance issues on other multiplayer games. Seems to be server side cause the ping randomly spikes and suddenly the game hitches and freezes for 1-2 seconds and then everything is back to normal. I'll reply to this post with a clip of it happening when it happens again.

It appears to be performance related and I've since put all my settings to low and haven't encountered it again yet. For reference I'm on a 3070 ti and i7 12700k
