Ivy stone form is a movement ability yet can be cast during slowing hex and immobilize. It is undeniably a movement ability as it forcibly alters Ivy's momentum, moves Ivy up, then can be controlled side to side, before forcibly moving her down. It has literally all 6 directions.
Additionally, in Paige Captivating Read, Stone Form can be cast, but Watcher's Covenant is incorrectly prevented from being cast.
