Mystic reverb doesn't work on the alt skill bite and lightning scroll doesn't proc on any skills either should lightning be greyed out like rapid recharge or are they intended to proc on anything

Reverb only works on spirit damage. You will see the same thing happen with Viscous 3 and Calico 2. This is also why it doesn't work on soul exchange since the introduction of true damage a few months ago
