Mystic reverb should be able to work on procced abilities.
Example. You can put mystic reverb on djinns mark because you can manually set off the mark. But you cant on mina because you can only shoot the enemy to proc love bites there for mystic reverb doesnt work on love bites.
Theres other heroes as well, that i cant think of on the top of my head. I personally think this is an over site and see no reason why items like mystic reverb cant just proc its self when a love bite is dealt.
It takes away from theory crafting and unfairly limits hero's
