Mystic Reverb Melee + Polish (Semi Mega Thread)

It would be a quality of life and a consistent change if Mystic Reverb procs on melee damage done on abilities, and also factors into multiple damage sources in the same ability during that instant proc.

Examples:
Bebop uppercut (would make sense it applies to the target hit, instead of the first target hit by the red splash spirit aoe damage. This is so it hits towards a group, for less reaction time to pop a heal, a slow, and more damage with the scaling. Also, if it was just spirit proc, then if you uppercut everyone, then mystic would not proc, essentially penalising you from getting a multiple man knock-away)

Billy slam (would make it much more stronger)

Calico slash (more aoe peel and heal, can open up opportunities)

Drifter rend (would be very insane if done up close, rewarding a burst risky upclose playstyle even more, esp a melee build potential!)

Grey Talon Rain of Arrows (this would be consistent with how Venator and Silver recently had their gun modifying abilities to count for mystic reverb. Hence, the first shot hitting target should proc as mystic reverb. For consistency sake.)

Lash will NOT, as it is merely gaining stats. The ability does NOT modify your gun, just your stats.

Mirage beetles will NOT get it, as it is merely taking health, not doing damage.

However a problem comes with silver. Her human 2 procs heavily on spirit on the shot, and that is ideally the instance you want to proc. I suppose it makes more sense for the melee damage to proc on shot ON TOP of the spirit. This is to reward skill and to help synergise with this bug/qol (via logical interpretation). Because why would you ever want to kick and not commit or at least give a bit of a shot, you know? Would make more sense to shift melee into that single proc of the shot. I.E: You pop melee effects when you are wanting to commit or at least be able to manually proc it - to give that manual choice to the silver.

Silver's wolf 2 leap would make more sense for the melee proc rather than the bleed. Silver wolf 1 would also ideally like to be proced on the bite.

Sinclair exposes some tiny bits of spaghetti it seems. Putting Mystic Reverb on ult does NOT apply to any of the ultimate abilities. Not only that, but when you apply it to any of 1 2 or 3, and take silver's ultimate, none of them apply, despite your abilities changing.

I argue Mystic reverb, like with silver, will affect ALL ABILITIES UNDER THAT PARTICULAR SLOT. This will fix all issues moving forward, not just with Sinclair.

Also, Mystic Reverb on Victor? Why isn't it possible? More later down the line, in regards to impossibilities... Vindicta got spirit mystic reverb on 2, why not have it on the ultimate, both explosion and extra spirit damage? It is a gun modifying ability, stemming from the ultimate, same logic for vindicator and silver, and yes, vindicta too.

Viscous punch? That would be very nice.

Yamato grapple melee should also proc it too.

Now back to the Impossibilities - Victor's ultimate is not able to be imbued, despite making logical sense to be able to do so, but other abilities that can't damage what so ever are possible to imbue. Bait trap much? This should be examined and done accordingly!

I have an interesting suggestion with Vyper, but that will be posted privately.
