Mystic burst, tankbuster, and mystic reverb are not procing on abilities that deal only melee damage. Additionally mystic burst and tankbuster are not procing on abilities that deal only weapon damage.

The descriptions are misleading but they only work with spirit damage (probably intentional).

If it is intentional that's fine, but the items themselves have no mention of requiring a certain damage type in order to proc.

Mystic Burst and Tankbuster both has "bonus spirit damage". Even though you could definitely argue how it's worded that it could be applied to any ability/type of damage. Mystic Reverb however definitely does not mention or imply anywhere that it's limited to spirit damage. An update to the items would definitely help. Especially for Reverb as you can imbue that on abilities and it does nothing for 2 years now.
