having an item that makes dealing with fast heroes as a slow character is not explicitly needed but would be very nice. you could have it deal and extra 30 percent to airborne enemy players and an extra 20 percent against heroes using movement abilities. you could have a small cooldown for the movement ability portion but I think it could be really fun
