Bit of a rough idea, but thought the game could use barrier counters.

Barrier Buster, is a green alternative that also builds out of Melee LifesteaL, 3200 soul green item.

+12-16 Percent Melee Damage
+125 - 200 Bonus Health

Passive 4s

Your next Melee heals you for a flat amount. Additionally, if used against a target with a barrier, the melee damage will penetrate a percent of the barrier, and shred a percent of it.

Flat heal amount, 125 - 150 HP
Barrier Shred Percent, 60 Percent (Half as much on light melee, 30 Percent)

Heal amount is 40 percent effective vs Non-Heroes

I may have worded the shredding badly, so I will try to use an example to explain

The target has 1000 HP and a separate 1000 HP barrier. The target is then hit by a heavy melee that does 300 damage. 60 percent of the heavy melee damage will penetrate the barrier (180 HP) and the remaining will hit the barrier like normal (120 HP to barrier). Additionally the melee will shred 60 percent of the 1000 HP barrier, so 600 HP from the barrier. The targets new HP total is 820 HP, and their barrier HP is 280. (Originally, I wanted the melee to completely penetrate the barrier, but on further thought that may be a bit much)

I'm not sure of the strength of this item.. but I figured a melee barrier buster might be a nice option on frontline engage as a situational counter, or like wise if big frontliners are eating all the shields the ability to punch them back and take some of that strength away. It's hard for me to think of the stats too just because I'm not sure if people would start putting Life Strike and this together. Thought I'd post and see. Thanks!
