Looks wise should look like an aristocrat, with a fancy cane and fancy clothes, wears glasses that shine with a dull yellow glow (kinda like father anderson from Hellsing) point is, his eyes are always obscured... and doent have a fish head despite what the picture shows, i just wanted another character from the deep and some eldritch flavor
Basic Backstory / Motive: Could be another character from the deep, maybe an agent of the adversary or a third party claiming a wish for themselves. any other ideas are welcome.
"Gun" A cane that shoots out projectiles for the head of the cane, works the same as the doormans gun or rem's candle, not hitscan.
Melee/Parry: whatever you feel like boss.

Abilities
1:Rune Touch: shoot out tentacles (from his left hand) in a cone, on enemy hit, deal damage based on your rune stacks, if friendly hit you give HP barrier based on rune stack. (40s Cooldown)
1. -8s cooldown
2. +30 dmg
5. + range, + 2.5s run speed (on enemy hit & friendly hit by Rune touch also gain same run speed)
2:Unseen Eyes: many eyes sprout from the player, shooting out in a cone marking all enemies with Rune stack and dealing dmg that scaled with enemy rune stack (45s cooldown)
1. + cone size
2. + 40 dmg
5. - 10s cooldown
3:Mystic Barrier: Cast a 1.2s barrier around yourself, while active you take 20% less dmg and receive a Rune stack based off dmg taken. (36s Cooldown)
1. - 8s cooldown
2. +1s uptime
5. +30% dmg reduction
4:Black Sun: 3m radius cast around the player (player movement slowed while casting), draws enemies in while in range, dmg scales based on enemy health (more health = higher damage, if enemies are in the radius for 2 sec the player gains 1 rune stacks per player. (3s cast time) (80s cooldown)
1. +2 cast time
2. +2 rune stacks per enemy
5. + at the end on the cast deal spirit damage based on hp loss from Black sun
