[Hero Concept] Hollow or Limbo

**ATTENTION**
Heres a larger dicussion thread for a "Headless Horseman" hero.
Show them some love and chime in with your own ideas. (y)
I had already put this idea together before i even knew about the thread and i thought that "technically" this isnt a "horseman" or some melevolent spirit of a decapitated guy, so i posted this seperatly, i hope this helps with any confusions and explains my side of things. 🙏

Name: Hollow or Limbo (or something else)

Weapon: Knight helmet that shoots spirit orbs
Melee: The same knight helmet

Background/Motive: a member of the mob that got his soul scattered in a museum, somehow managed to posses historical clothes and armors. Hes been looking to restore his body and also is on the run from paradox, since he's a walking museum exibit. or he used to be a night guard at a museum and then a memeber of paradox stole some stuff and it turned out to be cursed and the guard tried to stop them and the curse went off, souls scattered and our hero guard kinda puzzled himself together and now is again fleeing from paradox and wants to wish himself back to life by the patrons. something like that.
Also an idea that hes holding a knights helmet by the plume and thats where his headshot hitbox is, maybe thats a weird fun twist or just stupid.
and for some reason i think of the charecter as a new yorker. the guy just wants to get his life back and have a meanball sub ya know.

Abilities

1: Charge Through:
Charge forward and knocking enemies out the way. (3s duration, 0.3s displace duration) (36s cooldown)
1: + 3s duration
2: + 1s movement slow if enemy is hit
3: 3s cooldown reduction for every enemy hit

2: Hatchet: Throw a hatchet that travels in an arc. (90s cooldown, 14m range)
The further the hatchet travels the higher the damage dealt [min 60dmg - max 150dmg]
If an enemy is below the kill threshold, execute them instead. [15% health threshold]
1: + 6m range
2: - 30s cooldown
5: + 80% lifesteal on execute and + 10 range

3: Ectoplasm: Spew ectoplasm from heros neckline, in a wide cone that does dmg overtime. (40s cooldown, 4s channel time)
1: - 15s cooldown reduction
2: + 2s channel time
5: + 4s movement silence

4: Wail Despair: Raise the helmet high and yell out in despair that does dmg overtime, those who stay in the radius for 2 sec take additional burst spirit dmg. (10m radius, 175s Cooldown, 3s channel time)
1: + 36% bullet resist while channeling
2: + 7s channel time and + 13m radius
5: + 38s DPS
