I love stat stacking heroes, so this concept has been stuck in my head for a while, her name is Dynamite but I am not satisfied with it yet.
M1: a short/medium range flamethrower, the more ammo consumed, the more damage it deals, so it slowly ramps up. (I imagine the coal ball she carries transforming into a dragons head for this)
M2: after a short channel, she lobs her coal ball with an arc. the coal ball does more damage the more ammo spent.
1: Passive: Periodically coal spikes spawn in and around the lane dynamite is in, she can heavy melee them twice for a small ammo capacity buff
Active: Target the ground to make a coal spike burst out, dealing some damage. It can also be mined for an ammo increase buff.
(The active part is on a longer cooldown I imagine, this passive is the core of her character, stacking ammo items for the flamethrower or coal lob damage)
2: Active: Summon a melee creep. This creep does less damage and has lower health than a regular melee creep. Made of coal. Could potentially secure a soul on creep kill to aid in Dynamites short range weapon being bad at securing souls.
(I imagine her coal balls opens up into a ring making a portal for the coal creep to come out of)
3: Active (1 Charge): Dynamites next M2 has reduced channel time. The projectile explodes doing an amount of splash damage around the area hit. Dynamites next reload is slightly faster.
4: Active: Dynamite summons a coal cart, it speeds ahead with her in it, can be steered left/right slightly. Upon contact with a wall it explodes, creating a few coal creeps and coal deposits that can be mined.
I mostly enjoyed the idea of a miner/witch, a caster type character but the stat she cares about being ammo capacity to power up her M1 and M2
I hope this can inspire something but it was firstly a personal project until I saw that there was a place to upload these
