Infernus in lobby bug

Hi, I wanted to play a one 1vs1 in my lobby against my teammate (I dont know how its exactly called where you can kill Abrams for Free xD). I wanted to use the button for "toggle the cooldown of my abilities".

Unfortunately, only on the Infernus Ult, it doesnt get toggled immediately.

I also noticed Infernus ult got going on CD a couple of days ago. I have a clip that goes through various actions to test the instant CD. In the clip, the following is covered:

• activating instant CD with ult on CD does not take it off
• hero switch and back again to bring it off CD
• using ult with instant CD on does in fact bring it off CD
• Use ult with instant CD off again to retest flipping it back on, same result of not working

The last 2 points are the most important for sure.
