How did I derank? ( explained in replies )

2 weeks ago I went 4-8,and I managed not to derank, this week I went 4-3, with high impact games, doing top damage on one of the loses. I was in a phantom 6, asc1 lobbies. Please explain how I deranked 4 tiers with a positive winrate, high impact, low deaths, positive kda.
