I went from ascendant to archon this rank update. 65% winrate 7 KD

I queued with my ascendant friend while I am Archon 6.
He got a rank up while playing against other Archon people, my friend might reach eternus for free if he keeps queing with me.

Yep! I went from Ascendant VI with a 70% winrate in ranked to Phantom XD, don't even show up on the EU Seven Leaderboard even though I have/had(before the update) a higher rank and winrate than literally every one of them, with about 50 games played.

Yeah everything is fucked. The leaderboards are completely messed up too. I was demoted from Ascendant 6 to Oracle 5, and my I was maining Warden before I got deranked and a lot of the people I see on the Warden leaderboards were lower rank than me before.
It's like they just rewarded the players that were high ranked before Ranked mode was added and punished everybody who's been grinding ranked to catch up. Even the leaderboards don't seem to care about all the ranked games that have been played over the course of the last month.

It's beyond ridiculous. If they don't implement a fix for this then I'm done with the game.

I often only play in a duo or trio queue party, and i have only played one ranked match in my life.
Ive played the past 100 games with a single friend in duo queue, and he got placed ritualist, and I got placed eternus III...
for reference, the average rank for every game i played previously in the normal gamemode was always about oracle. Every eternus skill based match i play since the match have never felt easier, as if the rank you get doesn't actually represent your true mmr. Could be possible that the matchmaking rework barely takes any games queued with a party as data for mmr.

Yep. I know this isn’t intentional, but at the moment, this is the issue for me and many others. I just don’t feel like playing at that rank again, especially after the time I put into the game to improve.

Why are heroes I've played 1 match with 200 matches ago contribute to my rank at all? That makes no sense.

Yeah this absolutely needs to be reverted and re-publish with ranked MMR. Normal match MMR should never take into account unless the user has literally no ranked MMR.

this is how my day went, according to deadlocktracker.gg the lobbies ended up being phantom but idk how true that is.
All these games resulsted into me goign from archon 6 to oracle 2...... im sad, gonna take a while huh.
1-2 more wins are missing.

Went from high oracle lobbies to high emissary after grinding the ever living hell out of ranked ever since it dropped. Never touched standard matches unless I wanted to try a new character which often resulted in losses due to......Ya know LEARNING. Since they thought this was a good idea to merge the ranks and bring in outdated or not even serious games I've been on full blown autopilot and still winning. this takes the actual fun in my eyes away. Absolutely zero desire to play because well what's the point? To gain back everything that was taken away for something I didn't even ask for?.... Yes I get the game is still in very early development but if they're going to introduce "RANKED" and players take the time to improve, it should not result in a punishment because streamers want shorter ques......PS in literally every other game that has ranked high que times are to be expected due to the fact you're a lot better then 90% of the player base. Comes with the territory.

I think it's been fixed? My rank says Ascendant 2 now instead of Oracle 5. Still lower than before but obviously they did a soft reset so I can live with that.
