[Hero Rework] Holliday change suggestions

Howdy! Its high time I came forward with some suggestions for holliday as out of every character in DL's roster, I find her to be the single most unfun character to play. While that is personal opinion, allow me to explain!

I believe her abilities to be incredibly lackluster for a few reasons:
1: Powder Keg has some incredibly wonky physics, and often times it feels like a complete tossup where the barrel will go when combined with the bouncepad and some of the edges of buildings or geometry, and with the amount of cover across much of the map, it feels very limiting.
2: The bounce pad, while a unique idea, can also be incredibly detrimental for your team if your enemies know how to abuse it properly. I dont mean in the sense of game breaking bugs or anything, moreso giving the other team the option to use something that without holliday in the match would limit them more often.
3: Crackshot is in a weird place for me personally. It has a decently high skill ceiling for sure, and does do decently in some situations, but often times by the time it becomes far more threatening, it is mitigated by items, resists, movement ability upgrades, and the other team generally having the freedom to move about more. It's not necessarily a complain, as I do believe the ability has a place, I just think it needs tuning.
4: The Lasso is, without a doubt, the single worst ult in the game in my opinion, to the point I would rather just have no ult button to begin with on her.

I'd like to make some suggestions, and see how y'all feel about them.

1: Powder Keg - Instead of the wonky physics barrel, I think it would make sense to replace it with a bundle of dynamite. It would behave similarly to Grey Talon's trap, where it would have an explosive AOE and stick to the ground where it lands, but maintains some of the original abilities properties in that it can be detonated early, or has a delay before detonating on its own, as well as the ability to be shot mid-air as it is being thrown.

2: The only thing I can think of for her bounce pad is to make it accessible to her own team only. I think this would create more interesting dynamics in fights

3: There are a couple suggestions I have for crackshot, both of which come from different schools of thought. If it is to maintain its headshot only proc-ability, I think it would be best to remove it from proccing on minions entirely, and only allow it to proc against enemy heroes.
The other idea is to make it consecutive body shots which builds up, and on proc deals extra spirit damage + a fading slow, OR, a VERY brief disarm (im thinking less than 1s, but can be extended via items). The brief disarm could play into the idea of western movies where the hero lone gunman / cowboy disarms their opponent by shooting the pistol out of their enemies' hand.

4: This is a tough one. I have a few ideas for this, and while not as specific, I just believe it needs changing. At its core, it is Mo and Krill's ult, just without damage and with the ability to move. It also has a charge up, and the distance on it isnt exactly the clearest at times.
I feel this can be changed where it does deal some amount of spirit damage, by "tightening" the lasso so to speak, and doing small but rapid bursts of spirit damage as it tightens, while maintaining holliday's ability to move after ulting a hero and drag them along. Or... very literally dealing damage to them by dragging enemies on the ground.
The other change I think might be interesting would be to repurpose Paige's ult, maybe make a "stampede" of horses or cattle, but they collide with walls, deal a small burst of spirit damage, and inflict spirit bleed for a brief moment. Maybe even a single charging bull? I think that could be pretty neat.

Anyways, just some ideas id love to try, thought id put it out there for yall.
