Preface


I had this idea to create a character who wields two pistols, is connected to the element of wind and and be very fast. I discussed it with some friends and they liked the idea, so I decided to post it here. This is just an initial concept of the hero and is far from perfect. I also haven't thought about how the abilities will be balanced or about her lore. Please leave your suggestions in the comments ;-)

Gun​


She will shoot with two pistols, one at a time. The higher her fire rate, the shorter the firing delay between each pistol. The left-hand pistol scales with weapon damage and deals weapon damage to the target, while the right-hand pistol scales with spirit damage and deals spirit damage to the target.

Passive – Third Gust


After performing a double jump, you can jump once more, triggering a brief wind lift that increases your height. (Like a Third Jump, this may cost stamina if necessary for balancing.)

Ability 1 – Double Pistol


Dealing ballistic or spirit damage charges this ability. After it's loaded, you can activate it: For "X" seconds, your shots become empowered, turning into larger, piercing wind projectiles that deal increased damage. At max level, shots ricochet to nearby enemies dealing a percentage of the original damage

Ability 2 – Instant Air Dash


Dash rapidly in the direction you’re facing, propelled by wind. Does not deal damage, but grants a temporary shield.
Has a high cooldown, but the cooldown is reduced each time you hit an enemy with your gun. At max level, you can cast this ability two times in a row

Ability 3 – Wind Bullets


Passive ability. But unlike the burn of Infernus and the fixation of Haze, this ability builds up on yourself instead of the enemy hero.

Landing shots builds stacks on yourself:
  • After hit an enemy with the Left pistol: grants Fire Rate
  • After hit an enemy with the Right pistol: grants Movement Speed
If you don't land any shots on the enemy champion for X seconds, the passive resets and you lose all fire rate and movement speed buffs.

Ability 4 – The Queen of Wind


Unleashes a powerful wind around you, pushing enemies away and dealing AoE damage (Similar to Kelvin's ultimate's range, but instead of trapping enemies, it throws them away with the wind). Enemies knocked into structures are briefly CC.

After activation:
  • You enter a wind-infused state, gaining Movement Speed, Evasion and Damage Amplification
  • While she is in this form purely for aesthetic purposes, the hero should not walk but rather levitate with the wind surrounding her (this is purely for aesthetics, you can dash, jump normally).
  • The ultimate ability should have a duration of "X" seconds (like Yamato ult).
    • While active:
      • Ability 1 remains permanently active
      • Hit the enemy with the Left pistol grant Weapon Damage (stack each time you hit a shot)
      • Hit the enemy with the Right pistol grant Spirit Damage (stack each time you hit a shot)
      • Each time you hit a enemy with your gun refreshes the ultimate duration
      • The ultimate ability ends if you dont to land a shot on an enemy within X seconds. (you lose all the stacks of weapon and spirit damage)

Playstyle​

  • This hero needs to be quite squishy and also weak in the early/mid game
  • She can't deal more damage than she should in the early/mid game, as the idea is for her to be a hyper carry in the late game with high mobility but very squishy
  • She enjoys prolonged fights to stack her abilities and needs to position herself strategically
  • She should be a champion with high mobility (bucket 1)
  • She's good at farming the jungle.
  • She's not good in 1v1 situations, but she's very good in team fights.
