After getting expelled from Blackmore for trying to "tame the Maelstrom, Ashley moved to Columbia by sneaking her way onto trains, enrolling into Columbia's college, getting accepted after some hesitation from the school board, quickly raiding the college's music department and asking for favors from many of the technology students to make her an guitar that could harness the power of the maelstrom and one day she climbed up the central park tower to reach the top and turn on the guitar, but when the lightning struck the instrument it overloaded and caused an explosion to blast Ashley off the roof and onto the ground below, after a week of the mealstrom making weird nosies Ashley got herself up onto the streets after falling she woke up with the guitar in her hand, leaking souls from the body that all make a weird noise and a strange turquoise glow from parts of her body that fuses her to the guitar.
Playstyle
Ashley is a hybrid/spirit glass cannon, not having a lot of health or resistances but dealing high damage quickly with alot of spirit shred from her abilities that makes her moves more potent.
Weapon - Soul strings
Ammo - 90 bullets. Reload time - 2.0 seconds primary fire base damage - 2 for each bolt. Alt fire base damage - 65 (scales for 0.0137x of spirit power). base melee damage - light melee - 45. heavy melee - 103
Primary fire - firing small bolts of lightning from her guitar. firing a quick a burst of 15 bolts before waiting 0.6 seconds before firing another quick burst, going from the top string for each 15 bullets she fires.
Alt fire - Ashley uses 22 of her ammo to fire a large clump of souls from her guitar that knocks her back and cause a small explosion in a small area on impact, can go 15 meters before exploding forcefully.
Vitality
Base max health - 740. Base movement speed - 6.1. Base hp Regen - 2 hps. Two bars of stamina.
Base Bullet Resistance - -7% Base Spirit Resistance - -15%
1st Ability - Feedback Bolt.
Ashley points the head of her guitar towards where you aim, waiting 0.75 seconds before firing a bolt of maelstrom energy on your crosshair, a hitscan bolt that does spirit damage (Base damage - 70 with 1.1x spirit scaling). and shreds 5% of the target's spirit resistance on hit (can stack and lasts 5 seconds, the stack refreshes if you get another stack). is a charge ability that starts with one base charge and has a charge cooldown of 3.5 seconds and a base cooldown of 26 seconds.
Tier 1 - +1 charge. Tier 2 - + 7% spirit shred. Tier 3 - Bolts can now jump between 2 additional targets.
2nd Ability - Muskrat Ramble.
Ashley lets a burst of uncontained maelstrom energy send her in the direction of her crosshair, being launched forward with her guitar held by her side, after she impacts with an npc or enemy player she will stop to swing her guitar and push them away and deals melee damage and spirit damage (Base damage - 60 melee with 0.2x scaling and 25 spirit with 0.64x scaling). the ability has a 21 second base cooldown and can slide
Tier 1 - -7 second cooldown. Tier 2 - on hit get +11% fire rate for 3 seconds. Tier 3 - After hitting an enemy hero your weapon's alternative fire doesn't have a range limit and it's explosion is bigger but it uses all ammo you have and makes you reload 4 seconds.
3rd Ability - Turn your radio on. (Passive Ability.)
when ever you damage an enemy player or npc that has their current spirit resistance lower then be with your weapon you deal additional spirit damage(doesn't apply to alternative fire). the base damage for the damage is +2 per bullet and has a 0.4x spirit scaling.
Tier 1 - +1 damage per bullet. Tier 2 - increased spirit scaling (goes from 0.4x to 0.7x). Tier 3 - your alternative fire now applies -6% spirit resistance on hit (goes to a max of 24% and stacks last 5 seconds.)
4th Ability - Luck be a lady.
Ashley starts holds the head of her guitar into the air as high as she can and after channeling for 3.5 seconds a green bolt strikes her down, becoming Maelstruck and she gains the following stats - Refreshes one charge of her Feedback bolt and resets the cooldown on Muskrat Ramble. +10 spirit power and +7% weapon damage. All her abilities apply an additional -5% spirit shred. All of Ashley's resistances are become -25% base. this ability lasts 4 seconds before expiring. This ability has a cooldown of 210 seconds.
Tier 1 - -Channeling is now 3 seconds. Tier 2 - your base resistances become -20% instead of 25% Tier 3 - Unstoppable while in Maelstruck form and you get +20 spirit power and +19% weapon damage.
Interaction with other characters
Apollo and Graves knows her from their first and second year in blackmore before she got expelled.
Dynamo knows her from her from col collage.
Warden and Venator both think she "did something reckless" and "Should wish to free her from this curse."
Seven things Ashley is using her powers wastefully, saying she should use them to achieve power beyond thoughts and join beside him.
Reason why she's fighting in the ritual
All Ashley wants is a crowd, preferably the biggest crowd, she wants the super natural creatures from the maelstrom, the ixians and people of the world to watch her play and watch her form the new way for music, even if that means everyone else sees her wish a waste.
If you have any ideas for changes i am open to hear them, i tried to make this as character like with all the scaling but they feel high so if you think they should be lowered tell me
