Shark Tail - (1): Summon a giant shark tail that deals melee damage to nearby enemies always knocking/lifting them towards up. A destroyed fin will explode dealing spirit damage. If not killed the giant fin expires after a set duration. (20 second cooldown)
AP 1: +50 health and +20 dps.
AP 2: +10m attack range and +10 Fin duration.
AP 5: When destroyed turns into 2 smaller tails.
Swash - (2): Slam the ground in front of you with a water whip that applies Soak. Leaving a trail of water that deals damage over time and applies Soak to enemies. Soaked enemies have reduced fire rate and reduced healing. Allies hit by Swash gain movement speed and increased fire rate. (30 second cooldown and 6 second cooldown between charges)
AP 1: +2 charge and +1s trail duration.
AP 2: Summons a shark tail at the end of the trail and +30 dps.
AP 5: Swash/Water trail now cleanses all non ultimate debuffs for Namazzi and allies.
Hydro Blades - (3): Summon 3 giant scimitars that hover above you and impale any enemy your attacking dealing spirit damage. Impaled enemies will take damage whenever they move or use movement abilities for 2 seconds. (45 second cooldown)
AP 1: +1 scimitar and +50 damage.
AP 2: +1.5 impale duration and -10 second cooldown.
AP 5: Gain healing equal to damage done by impale.
Queen of the Sea - (4): Leap into the air in your mermaid form, becoming larger and diving into the ground dealing damage in a massive radius around the targeted location. Leaving a massive pool of water that applies Soak to enemies. Enemies take more damage the closer they are to the center. Allies hit or in pool will gain movement speed and increased fire rate.
AP 1: +100 damage and +10m radius.
AP 2: Now stuns for 1.5 seconds and +15% fire rate after landing.
AP 5: Spawns 3 shark tails after landing.

Namazzi was born and raised in the Sunken City, an underwater mermaid civilization located in the Atlantic Ocean between South America and Africa. But for unknown reasons she was exiled from the Sunken City.
For her accent I wanted to give her a Ugandan English accent but I think I'm gonna go with the West Country English accent that's usually associated with pirates. Mostly to really sell the idea that she's a pirate.
Not much is known about the Sunken City, except that they aren't kind to outsiders and are largely uninterested with what's going on outside of their civilization. The Sunken City is basically Atlantis with the only differences being it's location and name.
The Sunken City are cordial with the Deep and make trades.
The Sunken City is a matriarchal society.
Namazzi has named the previously unnamed and uninhabited island that her and her crew live on to Phantom Island.
Namazzi is in her mid thirties and formed the Phantom Fleet in her early twenties. While she's still firm in her beliefs, she and her crew have mellowed out considerably during their time on the on Phantom Island. They are kind to humans that show them the same respect. Whereas before they didn't value human life much.
She is pansexual.
Namazzi is a Philocalist, who is a person that appreciates and finds beauty in all people and things.
The Phantom Fleet are a reference to the Phantom Troupe from Hunter X Hunter. Like the Phantom Troupe the founding members of the Phantom Fleet have an octopus tattoo with a number. While other members have a smaller octopus tattoo with no number.
Namazzi's tattoo is on her prosthetic and scarred left eye.
Her favorite alcohol is a Blue Curaçao and she really loves burgers.
Character Interactions:
If it wasn't obvious by her backstory Grey Talon was the one responsible for destroying her ship. Grey Talon is shocked that she is still alive but has no intent on finishing the job. Similarly Namazzi has no ill will towards Grey Talon and doesn't plan on getting revenge. Especially after having heard of what happened to his family. She wishes him luck and hopes he gets the revenge he seeks.
Calico recognizes Namazzi as she was part of Grey Talons group to take out the Phantom Fleet. Namazzi finds it ironic that Calico became a more dangerous monster than she ever was and delights in her death or when killing her.
Namazzi is happy to find another sea dweller in Viscous. She finds him cute and takes his concerns about the adversary seriously, and offers to help. She says that if the ritual doesn't go well she can come with him to Phantom Island so that they can help each other out with their problems. Viscous agrees to her proposition.
Lash hates Namazzi, as she was responsible for the death of a close friend during one of her airship raids, an event Lash was present for. She recognizes Lash and mentions that he put up a good fight that day. Lash resents her to the point of wanting to sabotage the ritual if they're on the same team. Lash refers to her as "Sea Bitch."
Namazzi can tell Shiv is lonely and thinks he should abandon the Baxter Society and join her crew on Phantom Island. He is offended by that idea and threatens to finish what Grey Talon started.
Vyper thought Namazzi was dead and is happy to see she's alive. Vyper wants to take Namazzi to Pole Palace and thinks they should make out after the ritual. She is completely/blissfully unaware of Namazzi's role in Lash's friends death.
Namazzi thinks Celeste is very pretty and flirts with her. She also says that if Celeste and her friends need a new home Phantom Island will welcome them with open arms.
Abrams reminds Namazzi of her ex and would like to get drinks with Abrams after the ritual.
Namazzi demands Billy to take her Moshing. She think it sounds fun and has never done it before. She's also not above a riot or two.
Vindicta and Namazzi bond over not wearing shoes. She offers Vindicta an invitation to Phantom Island in case she needs safe refuge, and hopes she kills Hawthorne.
Namazzi loves Rem and wants to adopt him. He views her as the super cool older sister and according to him smells like a really good hamburger.
Infernus gets flustered around Namazzi and would like for her to stop by Jezebel's for a date. She accepts.
Namazzi hates McGinnis' mermaid tattoo, she finds it basic and insulting.
Geist is very judgmental towards Namazzi and comments on her top being improper. Namazzi points out that Geists top is also revealing but is met with a very classist response. Naturally she delights in Geists death or when killing her.
Namazzi thanks Seven for being the bad guy of today as it's made her trip to New York much easier. Seven respects Namazzi for both her power and reputation.
Paradox has actually been trying to find all of the Phantom Fleets loot but have had no luck. Namazzi threatens Paradox to stop trying.
Namazzi think Silver is gorgeous and flirts with her. Silver also finds Namazzi attractive but warns her that she's a mess. Namazzi responds by stating she's very good at cleaning up messes.
