Honestly, I fleshed out the kit more than the character concept itself, but if I were to give her an identity I'd say she'd most likely be a prominent vampiric aristocrat. Her playstyle is that of a team buffer as well as a minion spec hero. I have two ideas for her primary gun, either a rifle or hand gun with a slow fire rate that is somewhat punchy, as befitting one of nobility. Who needs crass rattle fire when one can end things with but a single, precise shot! Honestly, I'm probably leaning more towards her using a pistol/revolver and a sword. She is a bit old fashioned, a vampire that has been around a while.
Baked into her as a passive but not an ability to upgrade is 'Bloodletter' - She suffers a damage penalty, however, a portion of her damage is converted into a stackable bleed effect.
- Abilities -
1. Crimson Reign - In an AOE cone (Or circle around her), the Red Queen consumes the stacks of bloodletting off nearby targets, these stacks do their full value of damage all at once and heal the queen for a % of the damage they deal.
2. Red Guard - The Red Queen passively summons and maintains up to two red guard. These are lower tier vampires bound in service to the Red Queen that will obey her every command. They will passively attack nearby enemies and apply stacks of bloodletting, but by using the ability, you can directly affect how they will act. They can focus on an enemy, charging them and potentially applying some sort of debuff effect like disarm or stun, or they can be directed to defend their queen, redirecting a % of damage the queen would take to them, potentially killing them in service to their queen.
3. Queen's Spite or Queen's Authority - The queen swipes a hand or her weapon in a backhanded gesture, leaping backward into the air (Perhaps landing 20-30m away, effectively a disengage tool), while pushing enemies back and applying a slow effect. (Perhaps a stun on collision with a wall or even a temporary immobilization?) This ability offers a bit of CC in addition to being an escape tool, allowing the Queen to dive into a fight and using this ability to pull back out of the fight.
4. Ultimate - For Your Queen - In a large AOE, the red queen buffs her teammates and her minions, summoning two more temporary red guard for the duration of the effect. Honestly, I have not decided on the nature of these buffs, but perhaps a large fire rate increase with some move speed, possibly some temporary shielding and resistance increases, maybe even lifesteal? The idea is this ultimate is a massive support ultimate that can shift the momentum with a heavy counterattack buff or to better help press an attack on an enemy. The fantasy is that she commands all to fight harder, whipping everyone up into a blood frenzy so to speak.
