Meet Caiman.

Caiman is a tanky disruptive character that plays with the myth of there being alligators in the sewers of New York, except he's mainly contracted to do dangerous plumbing and fixing things for the Tunnel Rats. His abilities are focused around moving enemies around while also limiting their options.

1 - Death Roll: Chomp on nearby enemy targets in front of Caiman, flinging them towards his camera after a brief immobilization. Airborne targets will be tossed directly towards the ground, and grounded targets will be stunned instead of immobilized.
Immobilization Duration: .5 seconds or so - just long enough to complete the animation.

2 - Pipe Geyser: Locates a faulty pipe on the targeted surface. The pipe bursts from the area when activated, dealing spirit damage to enemies and continuously pushing units away from it. Activates upon proximity to an enemy hero or if struck by Caiman.

3 - Hydropump: (don't get sued by Nintendo) - Caiman hunkers down, gaining bullet and spirit resistances while charging the ability. When unleashed, Caiman shoots out a jet of water from his mouth that silences enemies and deals damage over time. Ability range is determined by length of charge.

4 - Blood in the Water: Pull enemy units in the area down into the ground and apply a debuff that deals damage for each unit of distance travelled during this time. Continuously grounds the target during the duration of the effect.

The idea here in the kit is that he can use ult to catch enemies with a Phantom Strike effect and force them into his game - which is being moved around repeatedly and triggering the damage component for distance travelled. This ult would also have plenty of combo potential with other heroes like Bebop / Holliday, but primarilly would be excellent in Deadlock's mobility centric state.

I'm somewhat concerned that there isn't a lot of sustain in this kit, but perhaps some Bullet Res passive on Spirit or something similar would ameliorate that.

Let me know what you think!
