I think for NYC it would be really cool to have a pigeon character who is a MailMan so like dressed like a usps worker with a mail bag
Left click: Throws mail out of bag at enemies
Ability 1: Attach a stamp to cause them to take more damage from mail
Ability 2: Tape gun deals damage and roots enemies
Ability 3: Be able to fly for a few seconds consuming stamina bars
Ultimate: Summon the mail truck to hit all enemies around the pigeon for a little damage and drop a package in front of the enemies that blow up after a few seconds
