[Hero concept] The Headless Horseman

Headless Horseman is a a title held by only one lineage. It is being passed down from one generation to another for a long time. However, this Headless Horseman retired around 50 years ago after the first Maelstrom happened. He runs a farm with cursed plants and skeleton horses. He takes part in a ritual because his plants wilted which was caused by the new Maelstrom event. His wish is to make them healthy again.

He doesn't talk. Most of other heroes find him creepy because they've heard about Headless Horseman only in tales. Drifter agressively asks him to leave New York because it's his hunting territory.

The Headless Horseman doesn't have a headshot zone. His movespeed scales with spirit. Has negative debuff resist by default. Have 3 stamina.

Uses shotgun (most similar to Shiv's shotgun in stats but without alt fire)

Abilities:

1st ability: cursed apples
Throws a few apples that bounce off the ground a few times before disappearing. On enemy hit: deals spirit damage over time damage and reduces their bullet and spirit resist. On ally hit: heals over time and gives them spirit and bullet resist. Affects from multiple hits don't stack.

2nd ability: ghostly pace
Gains movespeed, slow resistance, becomes immune to bullet damage (bullets and abilities that deal weapon damage go through him) and untargetable for buildings. Deals spirit damage if runs through enemies. Can't shoot while in that state.

3rd ability: elusive steed
Jumps forward and displaces enemies in a small radius (like Rem's pillow toss), immediately goes to his maximum limit of sprint speed after landing if didn't take any damage.

4th ability (ultimate): inevitable faith
Headless Horseman rings a bell in his hand a few times while player chooses an enemy hero on the map that is visible for them (enemies in tunnels can't be targeted). After that Headless Horseman goes for a chosen enemy hero in a straight line (through all objects and air) while gradually gaining movespeed. Player's camera focuses on a chosen enemy hero. This ability can't be cancelled, but can be retargeted. Enemies don't know who was chosen but allies can see a symbol above the chosen enemy. Other abilities and items can be casted while running. On arrival Headless Horseman deals spirit damage to the chosen enemy hero and stuns them. Stun scales with movespeed (the value is taken at the moment of impact).
