[Hero Concept], Prototype Empty Vessel "Obsidian Blade"

A fate's tale:
Empty Vessel, Obsidian Blade
After the confirmation of the Patrons' existence, both the Amber Hand and Sapphire Flame cults worked to create vessels—golems designed for the Patrons to inhabit and commune through. Among the earliest prototypes was Obsidian Blade, the first attempt to summon and be an anchor for Patron to communicate with mortal realm.The prototype was a failure. No artifice or magic could match the raw power of the Maelstrom. Dismissed as a defective relic, Obsidian Blade was left abandoned while Amber and Sapphire cults refined their designs, preparing for the eventual arrival of the Maelstrom and Patrons. But something unexpected occurred. Obsidian Blade, once lifeless, gained a spark of sentience. It began to believe it was a Patron itself—an incomplete entity needing to be summoned to regain its full strength. Now, Obsidian Blade roams, seeking to prove its worth and reclaim its place among the divine beings it so admires with help of his fellow Patrons.

Honestly this is a really neat concept, and I think it's a better idea of the Neon Prime Nano that used to exist.
For ability feedback I would say that the 4's CD is way too long, probably 130 or 140 is better. Something like Dynamo's ult is long because it's a an ultimate that can CC an entire time, yours is a nuke.

How would this hero reload? Like Zenyatta?

OB's reload animation would be like the Patron's hand movements he would go through a glow phase to visually show it!
About 4 it has same CD as dynamo 4, because its something that can't really be protected against, there is no counter play to a nuke that hits every player in map and when you include the spirit items the damage and debuffs it'll apply will be already insane even in this way. (I assume) It'll probably be strongest in early game and balance itself around at late game.
