Sorry for the bad art, Im not an artist, and some is obviously AI, so I hope you forgive me for doing so; either shitty art, or using AI.
The Propagandist is a Support Style Hero.
His Abilities revolve around his ability to buff and debuff Heros with his voice and "public opinion".
As a Popular Radio and TV (if thats a thing in this world lore) conspiracist, He speaks for the many without a voice, and spreads misinformation about those who he has an agenda against.
The concept is inspired by 1950's Mccarthyism, and the Vehicles with huge speakers that would go around preaching messages back then. The propaganda would be very previlent against the "Evil people who use the Astral gates, and Maelstrom against the regular working man"
I imagine he is very close with Billy. They both dont like eachother but work with similar groups of people, and If the developers want, to make a group of Anarcist that go against everything the regular people hate; he would be apart of that.
The character is just of a man who uses His voice, microphone, speakers, pamphlets and posters to attack his enemies. He doesnt really get his hands dirty, but using magic makes it easy on him. His face is covered by TV static to hide his identity, as he speaks against the global elites. He is hypocrite and talks against using magic, and hating on many things, but just as all influencers hes only in it for self gain.
For his M1 i thought it would be funny if he pompously flung (threw) pamphlets at people, like theyre stupid and need to read whats wrong with the world
I hope the developers take a look and are inspired somewhat by this idea. I think it would be super cool for a support character to hurl insults and tell how the "Astral gates give you skins cancer"
