Command | and | Conquer

Playstyle:
- Macro-focused: For players who suck at micro game skills (aiming, movement)
- Hard Support

- 'Strength in Numbers' Tank
- Ultra-powerful Push
- Money-printer
- Priority Target

Stats:

- Average stature (Infernus-sized)
- Lowest in all base stats and scaling among all heroes (weapon damage, melee damage, spirit damage, HP, regen, stamina, move speed)

Spirit Power Impact:
- Cannon Fodder: Party Size
- Cannon Fodder - Tier 2: Follower Trooper spirit damage
- Spectral Ignition: Burn damage
- Hand of God: Nuke damage
- Hand of God - Tier 3: Teammate Healing, Objective Repairing, and Buff strength

Weapon: The Whisperer
- Ball-point pen
- Beam weapon
- Long range
- Would click it like a clicker trainer as Cannon Fodder command animations

Abilities

Cannon Fodder
- Command your candle troopers.
- Area of effect: Medium
- No cooldown
- Indefinite duration
- Autoselected
- Left Click - Call all troopers within range into following you. Those troopers would individually target and shoot all nearest targets, but would also focus fire wherever you shoot. Melee troopers would rush to those targets and then return to if they survive. Whatever damage you take will be redirected to those troopers instead. Your party size would start with 4 (1 wave), and would be expanded by your spirit power.
-Right Click - Dismiss your troopers, and make them stay to a selected spot. Those troopers would individually target and shoot all nearest targets. Melee troopers would rush to those targets and then return to if they survive.
- Middle Click - Dismiss your troopers, and make them return to pushing the nearest lane.
- Tier 1: Faster following medic trooper healing and gun and melee trooper attacks.
- Tier 2: Following troopers will now deal spirit damage (1 + tiny spirit scaling).
- Tier 3: Following troopers will now share your item effects.
- Teammate heroes would comment about max party size troopers following you.

Spectral Ignition
- Light a spectral flame and summon 4 friendly troopers (1 wave) to follow you. Those troopers would push a lane if your party size is full.
- Area of effect: Medium
- Medium cooldown (Same as wave spawn timer in laning phase)
- Trooper spawn priority: gun, gun, melee, medic
- Causes burning spirit damage to nearby enemies
- Tier 1: Convert enemy troopers within range
- Tier 2: Shorter cooldown
- Tier 3: Fills to your max party size
- Enemy heroes would express frustration on their troopers being converted

Soul Reallocation
- Sacrifice your troopers into unsecured souls. (Like Cultist Sacrifice, except en-masse but without buffs) You can give those unsecured souls to teammates.
- Select
- Medium cooldown
- Left Click: Give total souls of current party to a selected teammate.
- Right Click: Split total souls of current party across all teammates.
- Middle Click:
Give total souls of current party to yourself.
- Tier 1: WIP
- Tier 2: WIP
- Tier 3: WIP
- Selected heroes would comment upon receiving souls.

- "Uh, thanks!"
- "A wise investment..."
- "I'll make good use of this..."
- "Okay, this shouldn’t fall on enemy hands."
- "This is all you have for me? Fine…"

Hand of God - Leave your shell and become ethereal, allowing you to freely traverse the map in bird's eye view. Command your troops and aid your teammates remotely, but your 'shell' can still be destroyed in your absence, and you can also be stunned out of your state. (Like Grey Talon) You can also remotely activate items or give them to your teammates.
- Longest cooldown among all hero ults
- Long duration
- Stance - Gain new abilities while in this state.
- Stance Ability 1:
Heal and buff friendly troopers and teammates within crosshair area
- Stance Ability 2: Spectral Ignition, with even shorter cooldown. Upgrades still apply.
- Stance Ability 3: Repair and buff selected friendly objectives (guardians, walkers, shrines, and patron)
- Stance Ability 4: Drop large spirit burst Nuke to crosshair area and exit the state.
- Real-Time Strategy controls
- Left Click:
Select all troopers within crosshair area.
- Right Click: Command all troopers to move and stay to crosshair area, follow selected teammates, or chase and attack selected enemies.
- Middle Click:
Dismiss your troopers, and make them return to pushing the nearest lane.
- Tier 1: Shorter cooldown on all stance abilities.
- Tier 2: Better healing, repairing, and buffs.
- Tier 3: Healing, repairing, and buffs now scale to spirit power.

Again, don't worry fellas. I know how absolutely ridiculous this guy would be if he were ever added in the game.
I'm operating purely on 'the rule of cool' with him.

Oh, and I can only manage a sketch for now, oof.

Lore-wise: He's either the CEO or elite worker of the company that makes these candle troopers, guardians, walkers, shrines, and even the vessels of the patrons. That company is also the sworn rival of Fairfax Industries: While they focus on occult weaponry for warfare, this one focuses on security and hard labor. It might even be a construction company, one that built The Cursed Apple itself since the Maelstrom.

Oh, and I'll try to sidestep a weird implication of soul slavery and expand the lore: Sapient souls are different from "lesser" souls (i.e. animals), with the former being humanoid ghosts with their own free will (Him, Vindicta, and those shadow people in the hideout), while the latter being simple creatures used as currency and power source (i.e. McGinnis's inventions). Hence why he's more of a whisperer than a technician unlike her.

That's also the difference between his company and Fairfax: Their spirit "equipment" are simpler to operate and more predictable for smaller-scale tasks, while his are complex beings that need coaxing and constant supervision to do grand projects. New-school, old-school. Kinesis, conjuration.
