For this item I wanted to make an "evil barrier" that could be used against enemy health pools. The main use is to hinder enemies who heal a lot with single abilities like Dynamo and Viscous. I feel like Heal Jam has a layer of interactivity that most other counter items lack.
Some points:
- This item being a vitality T2 was inspired by Healbane.
- The healing and health were added to level the playing field against healtanks, a role this ability is around to help with.
- The duration and heal threshold stats were added to prevent this item from negatively impacting heroes who don't have ways to heal outside of regeneration. The main counter should be heroes who do substantial amounts of healing.

I may have missed some points, but I'd say this is pretty complete. Feel free to drop any feedback, I might reply.
