Its pretty clear that haze's ult is constantly going between being an OP press 4 to win build or being an utterly useless ult.
You just gain autoaim with little bit of damage boost (that doesnt scale well into late game as it consists of just flat damage with some additive fire rate) at the cost of practically 0 movespeed and extremely low range.
On top of that it doesnt crit so in some situations its even worse than your simple auto attack. If all that wasnt enough it also gets interrupted by stuns and curses and can be easily dealt with by a single 3k metalskin.
So its basically a self root that requires you to get point blank as a squishy hero to gain 30% fire rate and your damage can still split between enemies even inside the newly introduced cone. I think this design is just extremely counter intuitive for the hero and here are a few suggestions:
1. Improved range lock on a single targer. Imagine if instead of any cones you gain an ability to select a target the same way you apply active items onto an enemy and that enemy takes full damage. Can freely swap between targets in range.
2. The range has a cone that is only limited by the angle. However the damage fall off takes place so lets say 30m and beyond it really only applies the fixation stacks
3. Just rework it into some actual 1v1 assasin utility ult instead of the entire auto aim gimmick. The game still has no 1v1 exhile arena type of an ability and some sort of a nighmare realm 1v1 against haze would make her so much better in teamfights.
