While I was queuing, lights went off and so is PC. It still did not find the game when this happened. I enter the game later and see that I recieved temporary ban and even more matches I must win to get out of low priority where I happened due to unexpected power outages. Before that I had only 1 game to get out of low priority.
Or I was reported for smurfing?
Last 2 games which I played in low priority were initiate lobby while my rank is ascendant 6. It is not my fault that I happened there, due to the fact that I was queuing solo.
Please, revert this ban at least to the point where I must win 1 more game in low priority.
