Just got a 24hr ban for internet connection

Dont know if these get read, but I DC'd like 5-8 times during the match 63781989. I have 400hrs in the game; Im not trying to scum lobbies. My WiFi was on some bs and now I have a 4 low priority matchmaking queue and 24hr ban :/ I bought a new mouse today and was super hyped to game. Not cool

The problem with these is it's hard to know if "my wifi was having problems" or "I was intentionally trolling", and so the system can't really make a judgement call. Sucks!
