Game crashed in lobby, now banned for 24hrs and have 2 low priority matches

I was in the lobby and my game crashed, logged back in and have not only a 24hr ban but 2 matches of low priority queue, idk what happened but its pretty frustrating not being able to play and also getting put in the low prio for something i literally cant control and that was literally not even in a game. idk if anyone can help with that or if im just shit out of luck but yea
