Game crashed and banned again

The game has been crashing a lot lately and now it crashed before I even got into a match while I was still in the queue so bad that I had to reboot my laptop, this led to my whole team leaving the game (or they also crashed maybe idk) and even if I came back I got banned and put into low priority queue when I was trying to clean my old one. I'm not the most consistent player but its the 3rd crash that has gotten me a ban :/.
Can I be unbanned at least this one time? I love the game
