Audio Bug Has Banned Me Again

I've been dealing with audio lag recently, and on multiple occasions now, my game will crash. For example, while playing geist, casting 3 abilities in rapid succession has resulted in game crashed. I know I am not the only one dealing with these issues but it has resulted in me getting low prio queue as well as temporary game suspension. I was just wanting to report this issue as well as hope that a moderator might be able to remove the ban. Thanks
