Hello, sorry for clogging the thread with something that isn't an actual bug, but I'd like to appeal a 5 day ban I recently received, alongside my 3 low priority wins required.
I happen to live in a very politically turbulent zone, and have recently been needing to occasionally hide out in a shelter due to an escalation of attacks. This is a recent development and have never happened before, this sometimes forces me to leave a game for 15-ish minutes to wait out a strike before coming back. The attacks are relatively infrequent, occuring once every 6 or so hours, but I have been having terrible timing and they happened to fall on three or four consecutive games which resulted in a 5 day long ban alongside a requirement to complete and win three low priority games. I have so far only had one such game, and needed to immediately leave due to aforementioned reasons, but my ping there exceeded 100ms, which alone makes it very hard to complete this task, not to mention the war.
If it would be possible to lift this ban, I would greatly appreciate it. My only proof of innocence is the fact that I currently score over 600 hours on the game, and this has only happened now. I previously had similar bans due to my faulty computer crashing, but they were far and few in between. Unless I have a life or death situation, which I currently do, I would not leave a game. It really helps calm my nerves in these terrible times so I'd love to come back and hang out with my friends.
