Nothing of significance had happened to my knowledge. simply playing the game when suddenly I crash and got a windows dialog that said something to the effect of "Something went wrong please validate your game files." I don't use mods of any sort so that would not the be the issue. I unfortunately was unable to get back into the game in time because steam wouldn't start the validation process. I also did not get an error code with the message and I wasn't able to screenshot it in time.
At least for the sake of avoiding an unintended abandon or placement in low prio its obvious in the match replay that I was actively playing before I suddenly stopped. I had helped eliminate an Infernus and then attempted to engage with the enemy Lash at our base and that is when the game crashed. It would be much appreciated if this were looked into in any capacity because I am sure I was reported.
