Game crashes to desktop immediately when a match is found (No error code)

I’m looking for some help regarding a recurring crash. My game runs perfectly fine in the Sandbox/Testing Room and the Tutorial Map, but as soon as a match is found and tries to load, the game suddenly closes.

The symptoms:

• No error messages or "Not Responding" prompts.
• No error logs generated in the game folder.
• It just closes instantly to the desktop.

What I’ve already tried:

• Reinstalled the game completely.
• Verified the integrity of game files on Steam.
• Lowered all graphical settings to the minimum.
• Switched the renderer from DirectX 11 to Vulkan (and back).
• Updated my GPU drivers.

Since it works fine in the practice modes, I'm stumped as to why it only fails when connecting to a live match. Has anyone encountered this or found a workaround?
