AS OF 10/10/2024 THIS IS NO LONGER AN ISSUE, THE BUG HAS BEEN RESOLVED.
List of abilities that suffer from this issue:
Vampiric Burst
Fleetfoot
Unstoppable
Collosus
This bug also makes you unable to dash on the ground, or dash-jump because the game is unable to put your character in a dashing state because of the animation bug. (Similar to how characters that don't have defined animations cannot dash, like Kali or The Boss.)
To recreate:
Purchase Fleetfoot (or previously mentioned abilities)
Charged Melee
Wait for Melee Lunge to begin
Fleetfoot + Light Melee
