basically slark's passive "Essence Shift" reworked into Deadlock Ability
3 - Omnivore (Passive)
Fathom's bullet build up to apply a debuff stack. Each debuff stack steals small amout of max HP, alongside stealing another stats.
Attribute steal
- 15 Max HP (Always)
- 4% Fire rate (25%)
- 4% Attack Damage (25%)
- 2 Spirit Power (25%)
- 4% Bullet Resist (25%)
- note : Each attribute can be stolen only 1 per cycle(4)
Max Stack : None(infintate)
Duration : 14s (Does not resets duration on applied stack)
- Max buildup is much shorter than other "buildup abilites(such as afterburn)"
T1 - +5 max hp steal
T2 - +50% secondary stat steal
T3 - +26s Duration
