fake Billy dash (which consumes stamina)

This bug happens to me in almost every game, specifically with Billy.
The video shows the character making a dash, while spending stamina.
In this case, I encountered this bug after a charged attack.

i have had this happen to me on Billy for a while and it's easily reproducible by just spamming/buffering dash after heavy melee like you said. The fact that he can't dash immediately makes his mobility a little bit worse than intended.

I’m really sad about the fact that I can’t fix bugs myself.
So yes, we can only hope for the current developers.

The game hasn’t even been officially released yet.
Yes, it’s unfortunate that six months have passed since the last update, but at this stage we’re more like testers who were given early access rather than regular players.
The game looks great and has a strong, stylish identity, and the developers are working on it every day—fixing issues and improving things to make it comfortable and enjoyable to play.
There’s no real reason to be overly skeptical about the development process or the developers themselves.

Thread 'Billy dash bug'

After using heavy melee on Billy and then perfectly timed dash, the dash will be bugged. I show 2 variants if you dash on the ground and in the air. This bug will proc every time if you bind dash on scroll wheel. I think it happens because Billy doesn't have shooting penalty after melees. Pls notice and fix. Thanks!!!

Pretty sure they mean that this specific bug has existed since Billy's release, ~roughly 6 months ago.
