Failure to join or create a party

As the title says (and as can be seen in the screenshot) I cannot create a party, join an existing party or even start up a match. I have tried switching DNS, I have checked my firewall and restarted my router. None of this worked. I also tried using my phone as a hotspot, this did not work either. I have gotten the same message each time.

Hey!
I have encountered the same Error message and am currently unable to play,.
Just to check in, do you have a VPN enabled? For my case this seems to be causing this issue, though I have not yet found a solution.

Also if this helps you, here's a thread where someone seems to have a similar issue and has solved it, maybe this helps:

Right. I feel kinda dumb right now but I managed to solve this via restarting the modem... It works just fine since then.

glad to hear yours work fine now, im still stuck with the problem, it even escalated to being unable to even communicate with any steam servers so now i cant even play the game ;( so im trying to get that fixed. atleast now with future people who might have this problem, they have an idea of how to fix it

I do not have a VPN, thank you for the tip though. I also saw that thread, which was why I tried the phone hotspot and restarted my router.

Now the game instead tells me that I am unable to connect to the Dealock network.
