Failed to Create Party

Hello, since yesterday evening around Midnight I have been unable to create Parties or queue into games in deadlock.
I am Posting this here since I have not seen any reports on this error message online and maybe someone can help.

For Context:
I am connected to the internet through a VPN as I am currently living in university student housing and this is the only option to access the Internet over LAN, so I am aware that this could theoretically pose an issue.
However this used to be no issue at all and even earlier yesterday, without an update to Deadlock and without restarting my VPN connection, it was working just fine.

I have played modded before but have already tried running without the mods, uninstalling the mod manager, uninstalling and reinstalling the game itself and restarting my PC and running the .exe as admin, none of which changed anything about the Error.

The error pops up when trying to Invite a Friend to a party, trying to join a party and trying to queue into a match by myself.

If anyone can help regarding this issue it'd be much apppreciated.

UPDATE:

It seems to really be connected to the Internet bein connected over VPN, I have just tried using my phone and WIFI (which does not require A VPN) as my Internet source and this worked, so it seems that I cant connect to the steam services while connected through my VPN sadly.

Will experiment further but for now it seems this has no solution
