Decay proc spirit burn even when his description say literally dont proc items

Inflict damage over time to a target, dealing damage based on their current health.
Decay's damage is non-lethal and does not apply item procs.

This make at min 30 every hero point and click 1200 damage and 90% antiheal

Just noticed this myself. I guess Spirit Burn just checks a threshold and does not care about the source of the spirit damage.
